International Forensics eLearning Academy (IFEA) a subsidiary of Workforce eTraining Solutions, LLC recognizes that educated and trained professionals are the key to protecting U.S. Citizens and providing safe environments for future generations. IFEA was created to assist in the coordination of security and incident-management training for local and state organizations required to meet personnel credentialing according to the National Incident Management System's (NIMS) guidelines. Additionally, IFEA's course offerings are applicable to corporations, industries, and non-profits to train in disaster preparedness and to work as an extension of security personnel.
IFEA is a provider of public safety, business, and technology online compliance training, continuing education courses (CE), and certificate programs. Our public safety courses are approved by the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), an agency of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Our mission is to educate law enforcement, first responders, military, and emergency medical practitioners increasing their understanding and competency of the entire crime scene, preservation of evidence to solve crimes, disaster recovery and responsiveness, community policing, problem-solving, and leadership. Additionally, IFEA is a training resource for government apprenticeship and workforce development programs under The President’s High-Growth Training Initiative. These growth markets include Homeland Security and Health Care.
The IFEA Virtual Campus is a viable training option for Police Officers Standards and Training (POST) organizations Problem-Based Learning (PBL) initiative offering an interactive, online training environment that incorporates the principles of adult learning and the convenience of an eLearning platform. To compliment its offerings, IFEA also offers an evaluation application geared toward performance evaluation of Federal, State, and Local law enforcement and first responders.
IFEA partners with clients to create virtual campuses for their organization providing an
e-learning solution that includes a mix of content, learning management, collaboration and communication services. In collaboration with the Federal Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training Office of the U.S. Department of Labor, IFEA provides the related training to meet your agency’s needs. Together with our partners IFEA provides quality course development from world-renowned experts and authors respected in the field of forensic sciences and homeland security. Our instructors and consultants come from FEMA, military, law enforcement, forensic sciences, and forensic nursing backgrounds. Utilizing various technologies our instructor-led and self-paced course modules are designed to give real case scenarios that reflect what officers, first responders, soldiers, and emergency medical personnel experience on the job to provide meaningful exchange and interactive learning through IFEA's Virtual Campus.
